New features and updates to the Capchase app


Channel Partner support in Vendor Hub

Vendors who sell through partners can now manage these relationships directly in Capchase. A new Partners tab lets you create and edit partners, link them to payment subscriptions, and view them in Buyers and Deals. Partners also gain view-only access to their clients and financed deals, with the ability to invite additional users—bringing greater visibility and collaboration to channel sales.

Hardware line item support in Payment Links

You can now mark subscription line items as hardware and specify quantities when creating a Payment Link. This automatically triggers the required delivery & acceptance documentation, helping hardware deals get processed and paid faster.

Automated payment reminders for wires & checks

We’ve introduced automated follow-up reminders for missed wire and check payments. If a payment isn’t received, buyers will now get reminders at +3 and +7 days past due—improving on-time collections and lowering delinquency risk while keeping a smooth and consistent buyer payment experience.

Purchase Orders for Closed-Won Deals

For multi-party SaaS and hardware deals, particularly those sold through reseller channels, we can automatically send a Purchase Order upon payment link completion.
