New features and updates to Capchase Pay

Finance Home Screen Enhancements: Additional statuses and Payment Link activities

In the last month we've released a new home screen for Finance users in Capchase Pay's Vendor Hub app, bringing all key information for this user type into a single starting location. Let us know what you think and what we should add next.

In this home screen, finance users can easily see upcoming and sent credits, the number of deals in each stage, and recent payment link activity.

This latest update includes additional statuses on the Finance and Deals pages and additional payment activities.

• Starts in [x] days: The first charge date is upcoming.
• Processing: The first payment is processing
• Processing credit: The credit is processing
• Active: The subscription is ongoing
• Payment Failed: The most recent payment has failed, and we are working with the buyer to resolve the issue
• Delinquent: The most recent payment has failed as is more than 30 days past due.
• Concluded: The final payment has completed.
