New features and updates to Capchase Pay

New Transactions Page

A centralized view of all the transactions, including payments from Capchase to the Vendor (credits) and payments from your customers to Capchase (repayments). This new location makes browsing the transactions and details easier with intuitive sorting and filtering, providing more transparency to simplify your reconciliation process.

You’ll see two tabs within the page, Repayments and Credits, and within each of those tabs, the transactions are segmented into Past, Current, and Upcoming. You can filter by Buyer company, Deal, Type, or Status. You can also search for text in the Deal Name or Buyer Company Name. You can drill down into a subscription for more details as well.

Signed Deals page

We renamed the "Finance Panel" to "Signed deals" to clarify what you will find on that page. The finance metrics previously housed there can be found on the Home page. You'll also notice a redesigned sidebar and adjusted layout for better readability.

Multiple payment methods for buyers

Buyers can now assign different payment methods to each of their subscriptions. Previously, buyers could only maintain a single active payment method across all their subscriptions being paid through Capchase. This meant that updating the payment method for just one subscription would unintentionally override the payment method for all others. This provides more flexibility for buyers to manage their subscriptions.
